 Douglas Vaughan - Co-Founder/President

 I grew up in the HVAC, Refrigeration & Electrical field, going from job to job after school and during summer break with my father. As a youngster, you’d often find me taking things apart and then putting them back together to understand the mechanics of how they worked. My passion quickly grew for the field, and I dreamed of owning my own HVAC&R company one day. After high school I successfully completed a technical degree in HVAC & Refrigeration Technology and hold a State Masters HVAC License and an Electrical License with the great State of Texas. I have over 30 years experience in all 3 fields. I’m a proud native to the Spring/ Tomball area and have lived here my entire life. I have 3 beautiful daughters.
Something about me, I’m a proud member of Gettin' Sauced Cookers, we cook at various charity events and rodeos throughout Texas. In my free time I enjoy Hunting & Fishing, I also enjoy cooking BBQ 

Stefanie Meadows  - Office Manager 

Stefanie Meadows brings over 25 years of Office Management experience to TXRACS. Working with numbers has always been second nature for her and Office Management just naturally came into play. Overseeing companies in the construction and aviation industries gave Stefanie a broad range of opportunities to learn and grow from. She is passionate about her work and takes pride in running a smooth and efficient system. Stefanie has lived in the Spring/Tomball area all her life and has 2 amazing kids. When she is not watching her daughter play volleyball or visiting with her son, she is caring for family or playing with their 5 rescue dogs. 

I decided to take over my fathers HVAC & Refrigeration company that he started in 1987, Allied Texas Air, and continue his biggest dreams. Together we established a family owed and operated company that has been servicing the Harris and Montgomery counties for over 4 decades. Together we wanted to create a brand that would better describe what we were all about and that's when Texas Refrigeration & A/C Services was born.

Douglas Vaughan and his father, founded Texas Refrigeration & A/C Services (TXRACS) in 2008 based on one promise; to provide the highest quality products and workmanship to his residential and commercial clients. TXRACS goes beyond repairs and installations and seeks to solve problems in advance for our clients, saving them valuable time and money. We are a locally owned and operated family business offering the highest standard of service in the industry.

Our highly trained staff and technicians have a combined 45 years of experience in Refrigeration and HVAC systems. We are proud members of the TACCA (Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of America) and are located here in Cypress, Texas.
